Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SMART RECHARGE, we strive to provide secure and reliable services. However, refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances. Please read this policy carefully.

Cases Eligible for Refund:

1. Failed Transaction → Amount is deducted but recharge/service is not delivered.

2. Technical Error → Service could not be delivered due to a system failure on our side.

Cases Not Eligible for Refund:

1. If the user enters a wrong mobile number or account number.

2. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

3. Once the service/recharge has been successfully delivered.

4. Issues arising due to the user’s internet/bank/payment gateway problem.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Any delay in refund credit depends on the bank/payment gateway, and SMART RECHARGE shall not be liable for such delays.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a transaction is processed and the service delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation is only possible in case of a failed transaction or system error.
