- Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation for the next service period.
Refund Policy
- We aim to deliver the best design and service experience to our clients.
- If any client is not fully satisfied with our product or service, they can request a refund within 5 to 7 days of delivery.
- If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original card used at the time of purchase.
- For payment gateway transactions, refunds will be made to the same account used for payment.
