Files and Media / Storage — Used to upload KYC documents, save/download receipts, and manage profile images or other media you choose to share with the Service.

Location — Required to detect your region, ensure proper network coverage, prevent fraud, and deliver services accurately based on your location.

Microphone — Used only during KYC live verification (voice/video), if required by law or our verification partners.

To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

Phone — Used for device identification and account security (e.g., linking device to account, ensuring transaction integrity). We do not access call audio or call logs.

We do not collect, use, or share these permissions for any purpose other than those stated above.

REASON FOR LOCATIONPERMISSION

“Our app requires access to the user's live location in order to provide accurate and secure recharge services. By collecting the location, we can detect the nearest network coverage, prevent fraudulent transactions, and ensure that services are delivered properly based on the user’s region.
